Your documents are processed solely to provide the chatbot service. We do not use your document content to train models or share it with third parties. Usage data helps us improve performance and fix issues.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Documents are stored in your selected region and are permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. We conduct regular security audits.
