1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vestric, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Vestric on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Vestric provides document processing and AI chatbot services. We process your uploaded documents to enable retrieval-augmented generation. You retain all rights to your documents and data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, exceed rate limits through automated abuse, or resell access without written permission.

4. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vestric is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made based on chatbot responses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
